Cush Drive, Rotor Carriers, Valve Stems, Sprocket
Carrier and Spacers. Most applications do require
a Kawasaki Bolt Pattern Sprocket. |

your front wheels come with Oil Seals? |
Most
race type wheels like ours no longer utilize front
oil seals. |
Why
do your wheels require a lower torque value for
the axles?

Our
wheels utilize larger bearings and aluminum distance
tubes, suppose to the smaller bearings and steel
distance tubes found on stock/OEM wheels. |
With
your "Works Kits, Can I use the Stock Front
Brake Rotors?
|
Carrozzeria
"Works Kits" are a wheel & front brake
rotor package. The Stock/OEM front brake rotors
will no longer fit/bolt on. |
Do
you repair your wheels that have been in an accident?
|
Sorry
for insurance reasons we are not allowed to fix
wheels that are bent or damaged due to accidents.
Within the industry you will find many professional
type shops that can assist you. |
What
Colors/Finishes are Available for Carrozzeria
Forged Wheels?

We
offer the following colors:
Anodized:
Satin Black, Titanium Grey, Machine Silver, Wine
Red, Sharp Blue and Gold
We
do also offer a Hi-Gloss Bright Hand Polish, Additional
Charge $200.00. 240 Wheels $250.00
Hi-Gloss Polish, Titanium Grey, Sharp Blue and
Wine Red are special order and can not be returned
or exchanged (unless warranty Item). |
| What's
the best way to clean/care of Anodized Finishes? |
Working
extensively with our vendors, they recommend using
"Pledge" Furniture Polish. This might
sound odd but it does wonders to Anodize. |

you do offer Custom Colors? or Chrome? |
At
this time we only offer the colors/finishes listed
above. |
| Where
can I purchase a set of Carrozzeria Forged Wheels?

You

Are
your Forged Wheels designed for the Street or
Track?
|
Our
Wheels are actually designed for both.
We
have developed our products to be strong enough
to withstand the demands of urban street riding,
but yet light enough and durable for the track
rider. Sure there are products that are lighter
on the market, but none of which that are strong
enough to withstand street requirements like ours. |

you offer a Racers Support Program? |
Yes
we do offer Racer Support, which will require a
Professional race license. Call us for details.

are your products made? |
Our
Forged Material comes from Japan, and CNC'd machined
here in California USA. |
Will
your Full Floating Rear Rotor fit OEM Wheels?
|
Our
Full Floating Rear "WORKS" Rotor is
only available for Carrozzeria Forged VTRACK,
TRI-R and V6 Wheels. (excludes VTRACK 240 Kits
Wheels)
This
rotor will not fit on OEM Wheels or other Aftermarket
Wheels.
These
are only available for Honda and Yamaha sportbike
applications (220mm) |
Is
your polished wheels Clear Coated?
|
The
Hi Gloss Polish Finish are not clear coated and
do require cleaning and regular polishing with products
such as "Mothers Wheel Polish". |
What
comes in the SuperMoto Works Kit?
|
Each
Application is different, please see the fitment
codes located at the bottom of each application
listing.

if my motorcycle is not listed in the Wheel Application
List? |
Then
we do not currently offer a bolt on wheel set, however
we might be able to accommodate your request. Please

What
comes in the Super Wide 240 Kit for a Suzuki Hayabusa?
|
The
Super Wide 240 Kit includes the following: Both
Front/Rear Wheels with all Bearings, Spacers,
Cushdrive and Sprocket/Rotor Carriers. The Wheel
sizes are 3.50/17 and 8.50/18.
Also
included in this kit is a TRAC DYMANICS SwingArm
(6 inch ext) and a special custom Driven rear
sprocket. (only available in 530/42)
Super
Wide 240 kits can be adapted on other models like
ZX14R, CBR1000RR, etc but will require a Hayabusa
Rear Rotor, Caliper and Caliper Bracket/Hanger. |
What
is covered by the Wheel Warranty?
|
LIMITED
WARRANTY (USA only)
A. Our warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects
in material and workmanship in products bought within
the continental United States. The warranty is valid
from the date of purchase by the original purchaser
and for the period of:
12 months for TRI-R forged wheels
12 months for VTRACK forged wheels B.
Exclusions: a) Parts prone to normal wear and
tear including bearings, seals, cush drive assemblies,
air valve stems and spacers. b) Damage or failure
caused by abuse, misuse, faulty installation and
operation, improper or inadequate maintenance,
and any modifications not carried out by CARROZZERIA.
c) Damage resulting from inadequate packaging
or carrier mishandling of returned products. d)
All products purchased outside the 50 United States
of America. e) All finishes, Polish/Anodize or
powdercoated do not carry any type of warranty. |

For dealers: We do accept Company checks

But there is a return check fee of $35.00.
In the event your check does not clear we
will send a new invoice and you will opted
to pay by Cashiers Check or Company Credit

| WARRANTY
COVERAGE |
| Our
LIMITED WARRANTY for Carrozzeria USA, Inc.
covers all material and workmanship. Should
there be any defects, Carrozzeria USA, Inc.
will replace or repair the defective part
one year from the purchase date. Repairs
will be left at our discretion and we reserve
the right to use reconditioned replacement
parts. (We are not responsible for damaged
products caused by negligence.)
All
finishes do not carry any type of warranty. |

when used for racing (intended purpose).
Alterations

USA, Inc. could also void this warranty
as well.
This warranty does not cover wheels that
are used for other than intended purposes.
These wheels are designed for use "on
asphalt" and not for use "off
road" (i.e. dirt track/etc)
