AND CONDITIONS |
| 1) | All
orders are shipped wire transfer, major credit card, cashiers check, money
order and company check, by UPS ground service insured. Sorry we do not
accept C.O.D and or personal checks. For dealers: We do accept Company checks as well as the above payment. But there is a return check fee of $35.00. In the event your check does not clear we will send a new invoice and you will opted to pay by Cashiers Check or Company Credit Card. |
| 2) | Dealers/Customers pay all shipping costs. |
| 3) | Tax is added in addition to the listed retail or dealer price (where applicable), California residents add 8.25%. |
| 4) | Prior to ordering, please check the availability of items in stock. |

| 6) | Prices/Applications are subject to change without notice. |
| 7) | For shipments outside of the United States, please use United States Currency for payment. Only wire transfers are accepted. |
| 8) | All returns must be packaged correctly; the customer is responsible for merchandise damaged due to inadequate packaging of merchandise. No returns on used worn products or on Special Promotion items. |
| 9) | Returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without previous authorization from Carrozzeria USA, Inc. by phone, mail, fax or email. A restocking fee will be charged unless the return is an error on the part of Carrozzeria USA, Inc. |
| 10) | All orders are shipped directly from Carrozzeria USA, Inc. Carson, California unless otherwise specified. |
| 11) | Red and Blue Anodized Wheels and Hi-Gloss Polish Wheels are special order and can not be returned or exchanged. (unless warranty item) |
| 12) | Anodize, Polish or Powercoat Finishes do not carry any type of warranty. |
| 13) | TRI-R Race Forged Wheels are for competition use only and do not carry any type of warranty. |

| WARRANTY COVERAGE |

Our LIMITED WARRANTY for Carrozzeria USA, Inc. covers all material and workmanship. Should there be any defects, Carrozzeria USA, Inc. will replace or repair the defective part one year from the purchase date. Repairs will be left at our discretion and we reserve the right to use reconditioned replacement parts. (We are not responsible for damaged products caused by negligence.) All finishes do not carry any type of warranty. |
| HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE |
| In the event that you may need to return our merchandise, please contact us at (310) 719-2271 or by fax at (310) 719-2272 or email to support@forged-wheel.com. It will be necessary to obtain authorization to return the part or parts. Please send
parts, along with a letter describing the problem. The Purchaser assumes

| WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS |

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, failure of proper installation, application and rider error. Exclusions: a) Parts prone to normal wear and tear including bearings, seals, circlips, cush drive assemblies, air valve stems and spacers. b) Damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, faulty installation and operation, improper or inadequate maintenance, and any modifications not carried out by CARROZZERIA. c) Damage resulting from inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling of returned products. d) All products purchased outside the 50 United States of America. e) All finishes, Polish/Anodize or powdercoated do not carry any type of warranty. f) Although our products are developed for competition use, they do not carry a warranty when used for racing (intended purpose). Alterations
attempted by anyone other than Carrozzeria USA, Inc. could also void this
warranty as well. |
